Design is where creativity flows. And with that chemical of creativity, you would have a crazy amount of ideas. Good ones, bad ones, or mediocre ones. One word of advice from me with years of team management experience is to always keep note of all the ideas, even the bad ones. Don’t just toss them out. Keep them in a notebook or database, no matter how you are managing it. Some of these so-called bad ideas might come in handy in the later product development process. Even if they are not be put in use, they might serve as inspirations for your team’s next big idea or as minor functions, or in the next sprint.
